We do not require any deposit for groups of up to 6 people, you can just book online directly.

For larger groups, please first use the contact form (or email info@tapas3.co.uk) with your requirements and to confirm availability. You will then need to pay a deposit of £10 per person to secure your booking, using this deposit booking form. We can accept payment via debit/credit card directly in the form or you can complete your booking and then make a BACS transfer from your bank.

If you want to pay via bank transfer (BACS), you will find our bank details on the confirmation page after you checkout. We recommend you to notify us via text/email when you have paid.

Group events

We can offer a special experience for your group and can cater for all types of groups, including hen parties, retirement celebrations and office gatherings up to a maximum of 40 people. We are flexible on the package you take which could be a simple Spanish Tasting Menu or you can mix and match our extras to create your perfect experience.

Cancellation Policy

If you notify us within 48 hours of your reservation slot, we can modify your booking to another time and/or date if available. If you want to cancel completely we offer a refund of your deposit, with a 10% charge to cover our card fees, if made more than 5 days before your booking. After that time we reserve the right to retain your full deposist. Gracias
